Gary Chai, Principal Engineer, founded the firm in 2014 after 20 years of structural design experience for various project types. He was Structural Engineer of Record in a leading A/E firm in Kansas City and subsequently in a major hospital design-build company in St. Louis.
With professional registrations in 41 states, Mr. Chai has served as Structural Engineer of Record for many large and complex projects including Hospital, Commercial, Educational, and Residential buildings.
